Are you finding that your weight is plateauing? This happens with me all the time. The problem is that we're creatures of habit. You find your favorite foods and you pretty much eat them everyday. You find your favorite workouts and you pretty much do those on a weekly basis as well. Your body is telling you it needs a change. Get out of your comfort zone. Go bike riding instead of running everyday. If you eat a salad like I do on most evenings switch it up with broccoli, eggplant, or some other colorful vegetable. Map out your whole week with different foods than you would typically choose. Then you have consciously made a plan for the week to stay away from the typical foods you gravitate towards. Sometimes adding a few more calories for the week can also "shock" your system and then in the proceeding weeks your weight will finally break and you most likely will see a weight loss.
